Liability Waiver Agreement:

Participant Agreement, Release, and Acknowledgement of Risk

By registering on this Confetti platform for the event hosted by 00Nation, you automatically agree to this Liability Waiver Agreement (“Agreement”) entered into on the date of registration by and between you (“Participant” or “Releasee”) and 00Nation AS (“Organiser”). Please read the terms carefully before proceeding with registration. By registering, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Acknowledgement of Risks

I, the undersigned Participant, understand and acknowledge that participation in the Santander event (the “Event”) involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to:

I confirm that I am over the age of 18, in good health, physically capable, and qualified to participate in the activities offered at the Event. I take full responsibility for evaluating my own fitness and ability to participate safely.

2. Assumption of Risk

By participating in the Event, I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activities, whether known or unknown. I understand that I am responsible for any loss, costs, and damages I may experience due to my participation.

3. Release and Waiver of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Event, I hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Organiser, its directors, employees, agents, volunteers, participants, sponsors, advertisers, and the venue owners or lessors (“Releasees”) from any and all claims, demands, losses, or damages resulting from my participation, including claims arising from the negligence of the Releasees.

4. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any claims, demands, or legal actions brought against them by third parties arising from my actions or participation in the Event.

5. Medical Treatment and Costs

I consent to receive any medical treatment deemed necessary during the Event. I understand that I am responsible for all medical costs, including treatment, transportation, and any necessary evacuation.

I confirm that I have no pre-existing medical conditions that would prevent my safe participation in the Event or in specific activities such as tattooing, dancing, or gaming. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to disclose any such conditions before participating.

6. Personal Property

I understand that I am solely responsible for any personal belongings I bring to the Event. The Organiser is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to my personal property during the Event.

7. Media Release

I grant the Organiser the right to use my name, voice, photograph, or likeness in any promotional material, media, or broadcasts related to the Event without compensation. This includes use on social media platforms, websites, and other promotional content.

I acknowledge that by attending the Event, I may be photographed or filmed. If I do not consent to this, I must inform the Organiser in writing prior to the Event.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of London. If I am an international participant, I agree to first attempt mediation or arbitration before resorting to litigation.

9. Severability

If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that part will be removed, but the remaining provisions will continue to be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Acknowledgement of Understanding

I confirm that I have carefully read this Agreement and fully understand its terms. I acknowledge that by completing the registration process, I am voluntarily giving up substantial legal rights, including my right to sue the Organiser. I agree to these terms freely and understand that they are binding.

11. Prizes; all prizes must be claimed on the night, they are strictly non transferable, exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for any monetary value. Some prizes may follow after the event at the sole decision of the organisers.

Lost prizes are not replaceable

People who register will be entered into a draw for the chance to win prizes. The draw is final and their will be no reviews nor adjudication around the draw mechanism nor winners

⁠⁠Santander or it’s authorised 3rd parties will contact the prize winners and distribute the prizes accordingly within 30 days of the draw.
